My name is Meghan Schibli
My passion has always been helping people navigate their unique life journeys. I aim to do it with compassion and understanding. Before transitioning into Private practice, I worked in healthcare for seven years, where I saw a significant need for counselling and support—especially for older adults. That experience led me to shift my career so I could have a more personal impact on people’s lives.
As a parent of three daughters, I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times. From the joys and challenges of parenthood to navigating co-parenting, dealing with postpartum struggles, and healing from a traumatic birth, I’ve experienced firsthand how hard it can be to manage everything. These challenges taught me the importance of vulnerability, self-compassion, and the strength in asking for help when we need it most.

I believe that everyone has the inner resources for healing and personal growth. I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods to collaborate with you as you navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence necessary to create a fulfilling and balanced life.
